  Nice item it had been packaged correctly, heavy place mats sent in a flimsy, extremely battered plastic bag opened at one end and with only a thin piece of tape at the other, resulting in the mats all being dented on one end & one had a large corner piece knocked off the picture side - done of this damaged was on the selling photographs. Immediately emailed seller, but they haven't even had the courtesy to respond. Disgraceful ebayer. No returns allowed obviously why!! And I paid 4 P & P! AVOID

  Utterly unpleasant seller. Item was described as solid silver and is in fact base metal and of no value. Asked how I'd come to that conclusion when I asked for return and refund. When I explained I'm both a silver collector , dealer and I'd tested it no response. Expected me to return item at my expense though their description and detail is wrong. I'm disgusted. They either have no knowledge of what they are selling or this was deliberate. Either way it should be for them to sort out. Rude !
