Great Arcade Stick
I have two of this joystick and I love them. It works with Wii and Wii U games. However, do some research first, this thing doesn't work with every game. It doesn't work with Super Smash Bros, for example, because that game allows you use the analogue joystick to adjust your speed (to walk faster or slower, etc). Any game that allows you thus type of movement w/ an analogue control stick will not work with an arcade style joystick.
I love this joystick for fighting games. I use it on Tatsunako Vs. Capcom on Wii and Tekken Tag Team 2 on Wii U. The buttons feel like those found on a real arcade machine, and the joystick is pretty close too (just short compared to real arcade joysticks, IMO). The turbo is a really nice touch when you want it, but it is broken on one of my two joystick, so beware that that might be a potential issue. The whole thing feels very sturdy too. It is definitely a high quality piece of equipment, potential turbo issue aside. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could, but I can't ding it by only half a star so 5 a stars it is!
