  When I received it, there was no protection for the figures, only the case it was in. When I asked for the seller to refund the shipping portion, I was told that it is "tuff times" and he would offer NO resolution on something that was clearly his fault. Was also told anyone could claim damaged items, even though I provided pictures of 95% of the items severely damaged, due to no padding whatsoever on the miniatures. Not asking for a refund due to "tuff times", but I am quite dissatisfied.
