As described and solid job.
Came wiith bolts but I substituted screws as I've made a heavy wood framed parasol base to roll around patio.
I'm hoping they don't rust using outside, too early to comment.
They feel tough and bearings work freely, so brake levers point in trailing direction, so accessible to operate whwere they protrude from square parasol base..
Force required to apply/release brake is as expected, firm but not too firm.

Design not ideal but hobsons choice
0 of 1 found this helpful They seems to come in different lenghts, so pleased the product received was dimensions as stated.Easy to use and thumb shield gives some cushioning so not too clunky.
I cannot find staples for old stapler I have that has better design.
Had release at back for staple tray to spring forward, like a drawer coming out in a cilised manner, rather than the traditional way of opening the jaws and potentially stapling your thumb when closing - as I did when young, decades ago.
Would have hoped the decades old design would be replaced by the drawer" mechanism, which is easier and safer. I don't have children and couldn't find a current version of my preferred stapler so went with it.
I am disappointed staple designers don't design, or improve design/functionality, but stick with designs over 60 years old - probably longer.
