Poor communication was ignored until I asked eBay for help plus machine not excepting new £1 coins as advertised reported this to seller to be told I would receive a phone call from Dave ( engineer?) which never happened , buyers be aware don’t put your signature on the form until tried and tested

First negative comment since 2003. I know it was a tricky machine to get right and we spent a lot of time on it. Dave called and left a voicemail to discuss but we got no return call to resolve it. Please call us or we can try you again to resolve , possibly coin mech not sitting correctly, could be a 2 second fix.
