    I should have read other reviews first because the mats are not the best quality and the customer service is poor. Firstly, delivery was consierably late, which the seller said was due to being 'ill'. The stitching on them is poor and one of them wasn't stitched together as the stitches completely missed one side of the material. This meant it had a large hole in the side. Seller takes a long time to reply to messages and I'm still having issues with returning. Use a different seller.

    i agree the mat was not right, a mistake on my end, i apologized for that. i accepted the return and offered to send a new mat out on the return of yours, yes i was ill at that time which i explained, i also told you that am not sat at a desk all day so i wont be able to reply straight away. my number is on my ebay so you could have called, and your issue your still having so because your not willing to take the parcel to parcel force
