  Seller communication when selling electronic goods to those with no knowledge and seeking the information to be helpful needs improvement it's nice to be nice and having to contact the seller 4 weeks later to yet again ask for helpful advice as buyer bought the wrong item to make this item work and to correctly test item to see if it works fully as stated by seller had 4 weeks of the wrong item I bought being lost in the post then to be resent now its 5 weeks and still waiting to test item
