Charging method has changed and subsequently this led to questions. I messaged the seller and replies were very fast and informative solving the queries. 10/10 for customer service. Solid piece of kit. I'd recommend purchasing a small telescopic ramp for loading into a vehicle. Finally the fact this seller posts from the UK gives a huge confidence boost :)
