  I have not received the item I chose and paid for and received a refund instead. I got a message from the seller stating that the girl at the Post Office could not process the parcel and he also blames E bay for not supplying tariff codes to enable the parcel be dealt with, utter rubbish. I receive many parcels daily for goods purchased via E-bay and never had this problem before. I sent a reply to his message stating that I am very unhappy about this.
