Doesn't fit properly

It will not go all the way on as the hole is a fraction too small. Needs to be a couple of thou wider.

Not very good

Very slow. Slower than my previous Tefal on the same setting. Doesn't toast the whole slice. Leaves an inch wide strip of completely untoasted bread at the top. Useless. It's not deep enough.
