A magnificent album- BCC at their finest
BCC have rightly been nominated for this years Mercury prize for the interesting, quirky album So Long, see you tomorrow. Flaws is,for me, the finest of the four BCC albums. Acoustically based this a beautiful, melodic album. All the songs are thoughtful and impressive. Stand out songs are Rinse Me Down, Many ways,Ivy and Gold and a fine cover version of the peerless John Martyn song Fairytale Lullaby. What is great about this special edition of Flaws is that nearly all the songs also feature on a bonus dvd.

The best film ever made!
As stoke supporter I was aware of the legendary kit man Neil Baldwin - better known as Nello. This wonderful BAFTA winning film mixes drama, with Toby Jones giving a brilliant performance, and real life characters such as Lou Macari and Neil himself. Warm,funny and engaging this is not just for football fans. As Neil says “ I decided to be happy so I am!”
