  Received the clock I ordered several days before the date I was given. It was packaged very well. The seller reached out to me to let me know they checked the clock to make sure everything was operable before shipping it to me. If they carry something you are interested in I highly recommend buying from them. I will probably order more from them in the future.   Item Listed as “NEW” and was missing vital parts for use. Contacted seller who refuses to refund. Scam sale and useless defective product. Missing pieces info was buried down in the item details and not transparent as missing in any other way. Very unhappy about this purchase at FULL RETAIL VALUE after tax and shipping. Should have just bought this on Amazon instead of trying to reduce waste. Also, it took over a WEEK for them to ship this item .
