Lightweight light duty
This stand has a load capacity of only 5 lbs making most monolights with a medium soft box beyond its limits. Would work well with speedlights.

Great small bag
I carried this bag for a week straight on vacation loaded with a full frame DSLR with a 24-70 f/2.8 attached and a 50 mm lens, batteries, memory cards and all of the other stuff that comes along with it. I found it had a place for everything I wanted. I added some padding in the bottom for the camera .The water bottle holder came in handy. The only down side was the main buckle strap could have been about 1-2 inches longer. It didn’t allow me to really stuff the front pockets full and still close. It also has a tendency to roll on its face when you set it down. Other than that it worked great for me.

Great Basic Stand
The stand has a WIDE base making it stable. The tubing it is made from is large diameter so it is not flimsy.
