A Useful Aid To the Collector of Rare Soul
A book in which Manship has catalogued over 40,000 titles comprising of Soul/R&B/Motown etc, listed alphabetically - Artist, Track Titles, Record Labels, and Price Guide:
I found this book lacking in many ways, whilst Manship has clearly enough titles to fill 360 pages, the book does not provide the collector with the detailed information that one would expect from a book of this kind:
Perhaps fewer titles and more detailed information would have been a more constructive way of filling 360 pages:

Concise And Easy to Digest
I use Cubase 8.5 DAW and have the user guide which is 700 pages of information which for the most part is technical and very difficult to comprehend: What I have learnt is that a solid background understanding of the dynamics involved in Home Recording is essential before choosing and investing in a Digital Audio Workstation: This book is a comprehensive introduction that educates and informs and I personally recommend it to those of you wanting to build a home studio and create your own music:

Essential For All Musicians
Until I invested in this unit I never realised its true importance. If I am experiencing signal loss or any disruption I can now just take each end of whatever cable is being used and make the connections for testing, I know immediately if its a cable issue or hardware/software problem. I strongly urge you to make an investment in this unit, a small investment can have an overall improvement with whatever you're doing, live or studio recordings.
