    There was a couple of broken lids. I messaged the seller and in a few minutes he responded. He was concerned about how it was packed but more importantly showed urgency in resolving.. He must have shipped the same day because in 3 days the replacments arrived. Excellent customer service!

    Seller is very thorough and great with communication! Not only that they were very helpful with questions I had. This seller stands out as superb, however, because USPS lost package. The seller contacted USPS on my behalf to inquire into the lost package. After waiting a week for USPS to commence a search for the lost package it was deemed lost. The seller didn't even hesitate to refund me the 100% even though this was not his fault. 110% would purchase from them again.
