  I purchased 2 used breakers. When I received the breakers, I noticed that one of the breakers had a cracked handle and would not be able to be used. I contacted the seller to let him know and ask for a partial credit of $50 on the defective breaker. He told me NO. I have had many transactions on Ebay and this is the only time a seller has not stood by his product. This is the kind of thing that gets Ebay a wrap. Cautious when pur chasing from this seller.
