Most accessible guide to doing statistics
Great introduction to statistics. Very accessible.This takes you through the basics and really starts from the beginning, unlike a few other introductions to statistics I have read. You can read this as a total beginner and still follow the explanations. There are lots of examples and illustrations to clarify methods, as well as separate sections that allow you to dive a bit deeper.
I kept borrowing this from the library so often, that I realised I need my own copy as it has become my go-to when I am undertaking a statistical analysis.
The humour and musical references help, too.
