  Shipping was quick and had tracking available. Upon arrival there was a slice going through the top of the puzzle box. In the photos the box was in good condition with the little bit of damage to the side of the box which I was informed about when buying the item. But the slice on the top of the box could’ve been from shipping or from the order being packaged. When I open boxes I do not use a knife or anything so I did not cause this damage.
