Could not have come at a better time.
I bought this book in the midst of a crisis, my baby wasn't sleeping the way I thought she was supposed to and I thought that everything else I was trying was hopeless. After reading the first chapter I felt so my h more relaxed and in control of her sleeping. I haven't even got to the chapter on her age and expectations yet! Would highly recommend this to any parent desperately seeking sleep.
