    Never received item, supposed to be able to track but on tracking it just says it’s they’re expecting it from seller. Tried messaging seller twice no response. Would like to give zero stars as I haven’t seen the item and it’s not an option. Appalling service. Do not buy from this seller

    I have explained to the seller . I was away out for the UK on holiday for a week that was why I didn't reply to her message as only got them on my return to the UK. I have issued a full refund and apology for any upset this may have caused her. and have made a claim with Royal mail for lost item in transit.
