  Due to complicated postage of which I was supposed to choose ... question mark...as informed by the seller The briefcase was held back & refunded before I could investigate .I am still confused trying understand if I did anything wrong .I paid the invoice as laid out like I normally do .There is lots of ins & outs & new rules which are difficult for me to understand and things change ....it seems daily As I am of an age it makes it more confusing ....yes old people are resistant to change
