It really is everything you need to know about PMS and more. It even tells you about Menopause and Periomenopause. I feel it is a book that every woman should own.

Stretching Feels Good
Absolutely Love this book. She shows you little helpful tricks and how tos. She even breaks it down to what you specifically need help with that day... Headaches, Lower Back Pain, Even Hangovers, a great little helpful book.

Love this stuff!
IBS is not that much of a problem any more. My doctor recommended one dose daily after a meal. Been more regular for years :)
