  Bought a b grade car seat that unfortunately was damaged in transit & unusable. Messaged Baby Value & they were great, sent them a photo & they immediately sent me a brand new one (still in the manufacturers box) which I received a couple of days later - and the courier took the damaged one away. Fantastic service and I can't recommend this company enough. Will definitely use them again.

  The only thing is dpd driver delivered day late and left chair on front door step wrang door bell once and left the box came damaged but the chair is good .Dpd driver David has got bad reputation for delivery's usual drops stuff of at local post office. And when my wife picked item up from front door gave her a very not so funny look
