Lemon Palm 700W

The phone was listed as NEW. Within the first day I noticed The ear piece jack was not working and the speakerphone was crackling. I actually didn't stress it that much. As the days went on people called but they could not hear me. After having the phone about 30 days, I bought an SD card. The phone does not read the card(I've tried other cards just to confirm this). This was the final straw, but my warranty had expired. Since then, I've also noticed that the phone does not recognize other devices to beam to. Damn....at least send me a refurbished one? I've emailed with no responce. I've been had!
