Gripping and suspenseful.
Yet again Elvis Cole proves he is 'the world's greatest detective'.,along with his uber cool partner Joe Pike and sometime aid the enigmatic Jon Stone. Working against time and often the authorities, he must find a woman who has the power to hand death and destruction to the enemy. This time Elvis and Joe meet up with Maggie and Scott of 'Suspect' fame and of necessity a new and interesting collaboration is formed.
The characters are well rounded and as complex as the narrative itself and as usual the sense of place is impeccable.
A real page turner which engages and excites.
