Wooden sleigh was lovely, except it arrived broken into pieces due to shoddy packaging. Seller wants to put onus on post office, but the fault lies with the piece being put loose in an over- sized box with insufficient, half-deflated air pillows, not secured, just rattling around inside. Disgusted.

Empathized with buyer and told them that I would give them their money back. They just needed to start a return ticket. They did not do that. Instead they left me negative feedback for an item broken in shipping. Very bad attitued troughout this process.
