Palatable...just!
Taking the chewable calcium tablets makes me feel sick, likewise with calcium liquid supplement, so I decided to try this powder form. You dissolve in a glass of water and it's much like taking Andrews Liver salts, i.e. quite fizzy and citric-tasting. Some slight residue remains in the bottom of the glass. It's early to say whether the product has done me good; when my blood is next tested I will see whether my calcium levels have improved.

Eczema emollient
I have been using the Aveeno Eczema Therapy range for a while to help my two year old who has eczema on his skin. It's hard to find this range in UK shops. We have tried so many different lotions with varying degrees of success but Aveeno is the only one that keeps my kid's dry patches well-moisturised, without being heavy or greasy. I've attempted to use it on my own face but it's too rich and gives me spots. This works for my child so I will keep buying it, it's just a shame that it is so expensive...more than £20 for a 12 ounce bottle.
