  I ordered a 32mm deep 1+1 moulded pattress box. The seller has asked me to revise my comments as he considers the item correctly described. This box is about 28mm deep internally (the normally quoted dimension). It is about 31mm externally. Its is not clear why he is unhappy with my comment. The pattress box I received from him is as I have descibed above. I did not ask for a refund. I commented correctly that the item took 6 days to arrive - he believes that constitutes me blaming him.

  Hi, you don't understand what i have wrote in my previous reply. This is a common description of this particular box in every electrical supply shop. The surface boxes are sold as 16mm, 25mm, 32mm, 45mm. Go to any electrical shop and ask for 32mm surface box, and you will get exactly what I have send you. I'm electrician, I know what I'm talking about. As for delivery time, as I have mention earlier, once the item is posted, it's out of my control. The item was dispatched on time.
