Great Vintage Book!
I was given this Bible as gift, many years ago and it will always be one of my favorites. It’s easier to understand since it is written in modern language..... yet-/you must keep in mind: it is paraphrased. So always have your KJV version nearby!

Too much erroneous information!
1 of 1 found this helpful I hoped, being such a small book, that perhaps it would streamline what we need to know about this “disease”.
I am not a health professional, but even after reading and listening to several professionals and doctors on the subject of insulin resistance, I recognize the erroneous information starting at the beginning of the book.
There are too many flaws to list, even on many of the foods the book suggests you “should” eat to turn the disease around.
It also attempts to state the “causes” of the disease —incorrectly! Yes, there is some truths in the book, but it’s incomplete in most areas.... and just plain INCORRECT in many more!
This book also simply “blames you” for the plot you now find yourself in. Whoever wrote it, certainly is no authority on science—and even less so—than I am!
Finally, I didn’t notice until now, it doesn’t even give a personal name of an any author. It’s listed as “Source of Healthy.com”.
Please don’t waste your time and money! Thank you
