very useful
It has 2 cutting blades so you can slice your cake into 3 slices in one go - You must keep it firmly on the work surface while you are cutting to give lovely equal slices. It is a good size so you can slice larger cakes easily, I used something similar to this while I was at bakery college - it is so very useful and because the blades are adjustable you can choose just how thick you want your slices and or even just to remove the upper crust of the cake or to level the top of a domed cake - great stuff.
