Not sure yet.

I have not used it in the rain yet but it keeps the wind out. It fits - sort of - the sleeves are a little long and would be better with elasticated cuffs. The hood is a strange design, it is supposed to fold up into a pouch that sits inside the coat, this leaves a lump like a hunchback between the shoulders, why anyone could think this was a good idea is beyond me, the most comfortable fit is to leave it opened behind your neck. The pleats over the outer pockets are a good idea.

Does the job well.

Tucked under the eaves out of the rain it does the job well. The light can be rolled into any direction so can be fixed anywhere. The only problem I can see is that it can be easily stolen by someone who just needs to pull it out of its socket - easy!
