This item did not fit with the existing carbon filter. When I tried to install it with carbon filter on, it would not snap in place. I then proceeded to take off the carbon filter then just put the hepa filter in… and that worked, but without the carbon filter. It was not a good fit, and there was no return sticker in the plastic packaging. I work two full time jobs and to return this would be a headache. I am very disappointed being that the description say “ compatible with DP04. It was, and it wasn’t. So now im using just the hepa filter and not the inside carbon filter. I saved the carbon filter in hope I can find the correct hepa to go around it. It was just false information. A disappointment!

Needs better instructions
Totally a great product! Had problems with installation because the direation could have been a lot more better with details. You will have to tweak little areas with bolts and you night have to reposition wires to fit the LED plate. Anyhow got it to work. Also 7se lock tight on the only 1 big bolt to hold LED plate in place for added hold. If NRC wants better reviews, update instructions with better details and explanation. Great product nonetheless!
