If you feel jaded by all the Hollywood sensationalism, you'll love this.
A wonderful film, by renowned author, superbly produced. Largely passed over by English speaking audiences. The sequel, starting from about 8 or 9 years after the original, is even better, and winds up any loose ends. Created a sensation at the Cannes film festival, and rightly so. Is subtitled for those who have need,

Just what I'd been looking for...
I needed a bedside clock that could be read at night without fumbling for backlight buttons, as with LCD displays. I also needed a clock that I could keep at a second home, that would keep good time for weeks at a stretch, just on the back-up battery, and then give the correct time when power was restored. This clock does exactly that. The quartz timebase has kept good time next to the other radio controlled clocks in the house, and the second one I bought keeps the same accurate time, so it looks like it's not a fluke. The finish has that slightly furry leatherette feel, very nice, and the USB features will be useful for some, although my charging dock is elsewhere. The one problem I had, as with almost all LED clocks, is that it is far too bright at night. It is possible to see all around the room by its light, and it can even be seen through my closed eyelids. So close to perfection, I fitted it with some N.D. lighting gel. Now it is perfect.
