Fine for my needs but has a firmware update problem

Second hand device. Outdated product but cheapest for the purposes of purely providing a step count per day. The system says a firmware update is available but it fails to install it. Android app for Fitbit cant find this tracker but can update using PC windows 10 Fitbit app via bluetooth (sometimes needs multiple tries)
