Missing tooth

I opened and needed to use right away so have not contacted or sent back but the chain had a tooth missing. I just hope it dosnt knacker my saw. Today I have opened the second and tried fitting. The chain is smaller than the last the sprocket will not even turn.

Plastics brittle not really designed to be removed

My son had problems getting covers on off the controllers and I'm sure the the clips will break as the plastic is brittle.
