  I was thrilled to find these locomotive with the digital card installed. While advertised as used, they are practically new. They arrived in great shape, well packaged against damage. Shipping was fast. i dd have a problem getting them to run, as I am new to DCC. The vendor responded immediately to a question about the DCC addresses used and offered a pointer. It worked and the locomotives run very well. Great customer service! Deal with confidence.
