The Fast 800
Started the diet three days ago and have already shed two pounds.
It is easy to follow and recommends that you stick with a fortnight of 800 calories a day to start. Apparently losing weight quickly has a more lasting effect than the slow burn We shall see.
I have also been to the library and taken out suplementary books on the 5/2 diet for further ideas on meals
