Cheap and functional

buy a map and use your common sense
been a professional driver (hgv and taxi) for 25 years and always used maps and common sense, decided to step into the 21st century and try a nav. It is an additional aid but i find it a let down and wouldn't rely on it. Actually find it a distraction. Updated it online from garmin site 2011 maps now on it. To be honest I only really use at a hands free kit via bluetooth. Maybe there are better ones out there but it still takes me on wild goose chases if I let it and without postcodes it takes ages to set. As said, it is an additional aid to maps only.
