Nice tool at a good price
After decades of sharpening plane irons and chisels just by hand, I thought I would give this a go. It is much cheaper than many of the honing guides on the market, but appears to be pretty well engineered. Works very well indeed with a plane iron, though a bit of a faff to get a chisel to sit straight - but it holds fast once you do. As another reviewer said, a couple of notches on the chisel holding part would fix this.
In terms of performance, well, it makes it easy to get a consistent bevel, but the key factor is that it gives a nice consistent secondary bevel too, which is far more difficult to do by hand. My chisels and plane irons are sharp, and it is easier to achieve than just sharpening by hand. Well worth it at the price.

Can't go wrong at this price
Nice pen that does everything you'd expect of a significantly more expensive item. Clearly built to a budget, but nevertheless works well, looks fine and does everything required of it. Durable so far and no signs of distress. Writes well with no hard starts, skips etc.

Nice palette
Nice quality porcelain mixing palette. Wells are deep enough and large enough for purpose. Glaze seems pretty good so far and provides a much better surface than a plastic palette.
