  This seller dispatched my goods the moment the order was received (thank you!). Unfortunately, the goods never arrived, presumably due to an error by the courier. The way Ebay currently operates, the rating is based upon the entire purchase experience, so care should be exercised when judging the outcome of a purchase. So, based on my communication with the seller, he gets top marks for his actions; shame I can't rated the delivery agent, because they were rubbish.
