Looks like the factory piece

I got this to replace the fogged up blinker on my wife's 2008 C300. This looks just like the factory unit but no fogging. I bought one for the other side a year ago and it hasn't fogged up. Hopefully these both will last many years.

Works well

I was curious how much this would help the car out, but thought that for the price it couldn't hurt. I have a 2015 Mustang Ecoboost Performance Pack with no other suspension mods at this time. This helps make the steering feel firmer and makes the car handle a little more neutral. It's not night and day difference but definitely noticeable. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. The only issue I had with it was the Solo Performance downpipe rubbing on it when first installed. I adjusted the mounting of the downpipe and haven't had an issue since.
