  Not new as described- letters written in black felt tip on the base of each walkie-talkie unit, I presume to identify them. Black dirty marks from previous useage. seller defensively denied useage; stating they were only opened to be charged up? But, Why were they even opened then? Rude manner, then ordered me to “send it back if not happy” goes without saying he meant for me to forfeit the return postage too. Seller has not attempted any contact since. Paid £66 for walkie talkies and £3.90
