No fit for purpose
These bars fell off the tiles in under two minutes . Tried in different locations always wiping the surface clean before use but to no avail. I have need of extra support and was surprised that this product failed so dismally. Such a product would be presumed to be those in need such as elderly or infirm and something they would rely on totally. Therefore I would ask the supplier to review this product before selling them again .
Why it is necessary to have a photo of something not working is odd and for me without help from someone else, I live alone, is very difficult. It will probably now be necessary to keep my purchase as the return process with photo is not easy for me. Thanks for asking but will probably now not use eBay. Mrs Barbara Curd
