  The seller had to cancel my order because of Parcelforce 24. I bought a scooter at a brilliant price from this seller, but Parcelforce24 said they couldn't deliver it. The seller did all they could to post it to me, but Parcelforce24 were a BIG PROBLEM. In the end, the order had to be cancelled. Communication with seller was brilliant. The seller tried everything to help. I would certainly buy again from this seller as their goods are of outstanding quality. So I'm leaving positive feedback.

  Well packaged but left on ground outside. Seller says damaged in transit but did not offer a refund. Certainly not acceptable, as the two images did not coincide, making the binoculars useless and in need of realignment repair. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend seller.
