Seller damaged item whilst packing, asked me if I still wanted them, didn't wait for reply and sent anyway. This was a job lot which I didn't want most of except for the glass pen holder, which is the item that was broken. This seller seemed in a mighty rush to post without waiting for reply to whether I wanted them or not

As an honest seller, I sent you an message with a photo of the pen holder which unfortunately had come away from the glass base, which could easily be re stuck, to ask if you wished to cancel the order, later that evening you paid for the items, so I packed them and sent them the next day and uploaded the tracking number, as I thought as you paid for the items you were happy to re glue the item yourself, you did not message me back for over 25 hours, by then parcel had been posted
