These really work!
This was the first digestive enzyme I ever took, and it is still working after 1 year. I would be lost without it. I take 1 capsule with each meal. I also take Masszymes and Enzymedic Veggie Gest, as part of my regimen. So, in all, I take 3 digestive enzymes with my meals, and I am enjoying eating my meals now :) I'm so thankful for digestive enzyme supplements, and Now Super Enzymes are highly recommended by me!
