Good but not great

The design is OK, but one's knees hit the pedestal ring under the table. It is a comfortable size for 4 people. I'd prefer a metal top, but for the price, a black tempered glass is fine. However, it is not Germany's finest workmanship. The instructions were inadequate and difficult to interpret, and did not match the table exactly. There were some missing parts from the screws and bolts bag. I got replacement parts from my local independent ironmonger (yes there is still one near me) that were a much better quality than the ones supplied. But for under £50, it will do nicely.
