Has benefits but not the cure

Whilst the product does have some benefits to help your condition I find that it can have some side effects ie:- cause Constipation. Over all it does seem to help better than 'Fybogel' which the doctors prescripe but it's by no means a cure for IBS it only helps control the syptoms.
