Fantastic relief!
I love them. Just received the second order. I have had cramps in my legs ankles and feet for years! Cramp Defense worked right away. I take 3 before bed every night! I used to wake up a couple or more times a night continually taking another brand but this is no longer necessary. I shared a bottle with my daughter. She too has the same issues. Haven't heard back from her yet but I'm sure she will get relef with this product! Thank you.
