  The power chair was a great purchase , and the seller was a delight to talk too, They went out of their way to help me pickup the chair. Unfortunately I’ve had to buy a new battery as the one on the chair doesn’t hold its charge, and there’s a locking screw missing so I had to buy one of those. Apart from those minor issues I’m very very happy with my purchase. And it was a pleasure to have met the seller. Thanks again to the seller.

  I am so sorry Michael, the battery worked fine when I used it, I charged it after every use, perhaps I didn't use it as much as you do. I forgot about the screw it was missing when I purchaed it, and didn't bother me as it didn't affect anything. Hope you have had more news about your claim and that it all gets settled very soon.
